Deutsche Site A few of our sims are "themed". This means, that residents owning or renting land in those sims have to conform to a small set of building rules in addition to the Covenant of The OTHERLAND Group. These rules are not there to torture our fellow Otherlanders but to preserve an overall style in the sim (usually the style that initially attracted people to the sim at first).
